…raised the bar for Upstate New York weddings by throwing this luxurious late autumn bash nestled at the foot of endless rolling hills and right above a heart shaped lake. Guests were dazzled by the newly constructed, ultra white church-like structure lavishly adorned with lush florals and impossibly intricate details in dusty rose and pale Wisteria hues. Following a serene ceremony interrupted only by the occasional chattering rustle of crisp leaves and the sweet, melancholic coos of doves, I stole the couple away and we raced off across the heart shaped lake to capture the fleeting glow of new love and old sunlight. As we basked in the last few hazy copper gold rays from the lazy autumn sun, the dulcet tones of the jazz saxophonist serenading the soiree meandered across the lake and beckoned us back to The Lookout for feasts and speeches until DJ Mike Melice led us late into the night, hearts racing and the dance floor packed with a dizzying light show, pounding music, and stunning showers of cold sparks. And when you thought it couldn’t get any better, a jaw dropping fireworks display over the lake was the perfect last page of an unforgettable night!
